Home Education group: March

This is our Thursday morning outdoor Home Education group which runs every week during term-time (27th February to 3rd April). There is 1 week left of this half term block. There are a few pay as you go spaces (£9 per session) available each week.

Pay-as-you-go spaces are available for £9 per child, additional children are half price. You can also book a block of sessions for £7.50 per session.

The group runs from 1o to 12 and features a different theme every week with a range of activities and equipment to explore. Forest school is designed to be child-led so all the activities are optional and there are always lots of ‘free-play’ areas to explore such as the mud kitchen and the digging area.

Snack is provided (fruit & cake with water or squash for the children and teas or coffees and cake for the grown ups).

The sessions will run on the 27th February, the 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th March and the 3rd April. We usually have a camp fire in the final week of term. There will be a different theme with related craft activities each week. This term some of the themes planned include vegetables, world book day, fairies and Mother’s day.

Places are limited to 18 adults. Additional children are half price – discount for siblings or childminders. If you’d like to bring an additional adult along you can buy a ticket at https://wildwooddays.co.uk/event/extra-adult-or-child-place/  It’s just £2.50. You are also welcome to bring cash on the day but please let us know in advance so we can make sure we have enough cake and that we don’t exceed our maximum number of adults on site. Thank you.
