Sophie Outen, our local medicinal herbalist, is back with another fantastic herbal workshop.
A guided walk through the beautiful Brinscall woods looking at the medicinal value of the plants we find along the way.
Finishing up at our forest school site for some herbal tea made from what we have collected and a slice of homemade cake.
£20pp, only 12 places available.
We’d advise bringing a notebook and pencil and a camera, unless you have a very good memory!
