Sophie Outen, our local medicinal herbalist, is back with another fantastic herbal workshop.
Join us for a guided walk through the beautiful Brinscall woods looking at the medicinal value of the plants we find along the way.
This year Sophie is doing a series of seasonal walks in Spring, Summer and Autumn. You can book individual walks for £20 or book all 3 for £50. The dates are 29th April, 8th July and 30th September.
The walk will finish at our forest school site for some herbal tea made from what we have collected and a slice of homemade cake.
£20pp, only 12 places available.
We’d advise bringing a notebook and pencil and a camera, unless you have a very good memory!
