Little Nature is an outdoor session for parents and babies. It’s a class about being not doing, head over heart, experience over expectation 
These sessions are about meeting other parents, getting back to basics and enjoying what nature has to offer. Claire is running 3 sessions this summer: 30th May, 1st August and 29th August.
Each class will include-
~ Baby wearing
~ Mindfullness
~ Forest bathing
~ Nature Crafts
~ Movement
~ Tea & chat time
The classes are run by Claire Lowe from Little Massage Bolton and hosted by Wildwood Days at our forest school site. The sessions are all outdoors so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Places are limited so please book well in advance.
